Can you Turn Vtec-E into Vtec?

save your money for a b-series man... seriously
or leave it the way it is, that motor is so awesome stock.. i remember the good ol' days of the stock VX motor giving me about 45 mpg.... *sigh* those were the days..

Im not going to do the work(not that I don't wanna, Just dont know how), but I know a few differnt people who said they'll help me.
Im also lookin to do my back brakes from drums to disks. Thats not to hard Im told.
