Default NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!

ok so i'm putting a D15B8 (obd1) engine into a CRX HF (obd0).

I HAVE A PROBLEM!!!

The driver side mount of the obd0 engine will NOT fit correctly on the new obd1 engine.

Also, the obd1 engine driver side mount is TOO FAT to fit into the CRX mount bracket.....WHAT MOUNT AM I SUPPOSED TO USE!??

Should i just shave the OBD1 sides to make it fit into the crx?

please help..

why dont you try mounting the crx mounts onto the car....just a suggestion. If there is a reason your not using them please let me know. Also did you get a conversion harness or are you making your own?

I think he already stated that he was using the Driver side mount but the mount itself won't mount up??

I am doing the same swap. I used the driver side mount off the hf motor and used it on the JDM D15B sohc vtec engine. it fts fine. the timing belt cover will look a little wierd with the big hole, but it will work fine.
