getting a code 41 w/ GSR swap, are OBD 1 and 2 O2 sensors different?

Hi guys,
I just wanted your input on this, code that I am throwing. I am throwing a code 41 which is the primary oxygen sensor heater. I think I may have gotten a OBD 2 sensor instead of the OBD 1 sensor I asked for. Both my custom engine harness and the O2 sensor had the same type plugs. So I had to cut off a plug from my spare engine harness so that the plugs were male-to-female. I didn't solder up the wiring, but instead I used some crimp connectors that I can just plug and unplug. When I snipped the plugs I might have mixed them up, but I dont know if that's the problem becuae I might have the wrong OBD O2 sensor.
So anyways, do Integra GSRs have different O2 sensors for OBD 1 and OBD 2 years?
And also what is the difference between a code 41 which is primary oxygen sensor heater and a code 61 primary oxygen sensor?
Thanks

ok, I found a few threads on how to fix or what to look for when you get a code 41.
But I would still like to know if there is a difference between OBD 1 and OBD 2 O2 sensors.
TIA

hey hey,
The O2 sensor I have is the 4 wire version, but I was told that it might be an OBD 2 O2 sensor because it had a male type plug. I cut off the male plug and replaced it with a female plug so that it could be plugged into my engine harness.
But I'm not sure if OBD 2 and OBD 1 4-wire O2 sensors are compatible.

I saw a writeup on hondaswap on how to do it, but I'm a little confused on one part. I'm not sure if it matters which black wire I have to run to A6 and which one I run to A25/+12 V switched.
The writeup said that there should be a white, green and two black wires.
WHITE: Signal Wire
GREEN: Signal Ground
2 BLACK: Both black wires are the heater circuit wires.
Here are where they say to run the wires:
Run O2 Sensor signal (white) To D14
Run O2 Sensor signal Ground (green) to D22 (or any good Ground)
Run O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Control (black) to A6
Run the other black heater circuit power wire to (A25) or any good switched +12VDC source.

Are those wires labled on your ecu jumper? If so just wire em' up. Blacks interchange, also, the signal wire is shielded from the factory(may want to do that).

None of the wires are labeled on the OBD conversion harness so I'll just have to count it out to get to the right pin. I was thinking about bypassing the engine harness O2 plug and just running some wiring through my shifter hole and wiring the O2 sensor directly to the ECU pins to see if my code 41 goes away.

I just have mine running through the firewall straight to the ecu, ya try that. Good luck!!
