Well I just bought some mint condition Integra Tein flex coilovers with only 60km on them fm a friend who needed the cash for my 2000 Si.. anyways.. he lost the instructions for it and he doesn´t know how to adjust them properly..
So I need some advise fm the people who own them already.
It says this are 16 way adjustable.. I can turn the **** of the coilovers like 30 times?? which is the correct way to start?? how many clicks is 1 position???
Right now I turned them all the way to the hardest setting and counted 8 clicks back.. and thats how I´m rolling but.. it´s very stiff. Can anybody help??

 

Thats the way you do it, there's no stopper on tein adjusters but NEVER adjust them past 16. They won't last. To properly set them always crank them full stiff (Clockwise) and count the notches back from there.

 

so then i´m ok going 8 more clicks back??
