Default retarded timing/ advanced

Retard makes the motor run leaner or advancing it does? and which direction do you turn the dizzy to retard/advance it?

only way to do it properly is with a timing gun.

retarding it makes it run richer, and it's towards the radiator. Usually with N/A you would want to advance timing and F/I retard it.

Search some and find out how to compensate for running too lean or rich.

Search You'll find it. I did it to my car recently, type "advancing the timing" or "how to advance timing" you'll find it.
