valve springs and retainers
ok i was wondering, a freind of mine offered me a set of stainless steal valves for my car (i am doing a complete rebuild) so i took them, i was also considering doing the valve springs and retainers......any recomendations? and i over reved my motor about 6 months ago (but didnt bend anyvalves) so what do you guys think?
yes, definately, they will help against valve float and allow you to rev higher safer.
the exhaust valves on your honda are already stainless steel, sftermarket are of a better grade and allow you to get an angled valve job to increase flow numbers.
