Question about coilovers
i found some tein ha coilovers for 500 bucks but the car its coming off was in an accident and the back of the car was smashed in would the coilovers usually still be ok? and he is selling them for 500 so its like why so cheap
Impossible to tell unless you look at them. Even posting a picture might not even give enough information.
I'd be wary, but I also wouldn't totally rule out that they're okay.

if you're looking at them in person... check them out for leaks, cracks, how the strut moves (does the shaft return when depressed?) is the spring messed up in anyway? is the strut body dented or bent? any type of damage and i'd say no-way. or i'd offer him a really small amount of money. other than that, if they look good and not bent in any way... then they're cool to buy.
i got the coilovers and i installed em but the shop told me that my sway bar wont fit with those control arms so now i gotta get the itr sway bar too. does anyone know if i have to get one of those sway bar kits like the bsq or the beaks kit if i have itr lca's?

Yes, you would need the BSQ or Beaks kit to reinforce the subframe.
I had the BSQ kit on my Integra. It was $20 shipped from him. His name is "BSQ" here on Honda-tech. Search for him, and you'll find info about his kit in his signature. It's a Geocities site, if I remember correctly.
If you want a good source for a brand new ITR rear sway bar plus all the necessary bushings and brackets, go to http://www.ahmotor.com. There is a 1800 number there. Call them and tell them you want the "Integra Type R rear sway bar kit" and they will know exactly what you need. All the parts are $104 shipped. (Including the sway bar, which was $53).
Note that it isn't on their site, but you have to call the 1800 number and ask for it. They are very knowledgeable there and will know exactly what you're talking about and what you need.

yes the bar itself is cheap, but when you add all the hardware and other parts you need it comes closer to $100.
Beaks also offers a complete setup w/ their reinforcement kit, the swaybar, and all the necessary hardware for around $170, still cheaper than most aftermarket swaybar kits.
