Default kinda need this answer by tonight or tommorow.

theirs an 00 si swap for sale locally here for 1500$... includes everything..

tranny, mount, linkage..etc...

obviously i will need to ditch the tranny for a cable y1 lsd cause i dont wanna convert to hydro... and mounts MIGHT work but i will still wanna go with poly eurathane hasports.. linkage is prolly to short.. or to long, dont know for sure..

its all going into my 90 std hatch so i will need the crx si hubs and knuckles or ls hubs/knuckles...

anyway aside from what i know wont work and what will... the hard part is that the damn thing is obd2...should i buy the motor anyway and attempt to wire it best of my abilities ?

my theory was using a obd1 conversion harness for the a2 then trying to wire it from their into my hatch but im not sure if thats a good idea...

who thinks its possible..who doesent... ? (who thinks its worth it. who doesent)?

motor has 60k miles on it. kid wrecked it and is getting out of imports.

it would probably be cheaper to keep the hydro tranny and use hasports hydro tranny mounts. since your going to be buying new mounts anyway. http://www.hasport.com/Product...2.htm

what he said ^ about the mounts. you can wire the engine to be whatever obd you want, becuase the mechanicals aren't dependent on the obd, except for distributor. and a few other things.

At the end of the day it would be easier and cheaper the get a 1st gen b16 for hmotorsonline. It would come with almost everything u needed and if you know how to weld you can even use the linkage.

I would definately get the 00 si engine, run the obd1, and the hydro tranny!!
