Default Euro R @ Mustang dyno

Just got my car dynoed on a Mustang Dyno today. Mods are in my signature. I got 182whp, and 164nm at the wheels.

Unfortunately their wideband O2 lamda had broken down the day before, so I couldnt tune my vafc. But I had butt-tuned it earlier on and set VTEC at 5300rpm. I'm not sure from the graph if I should lower or raise VTEC x-over...? Any comments on that?

No. Torque is measured in newtonmeters (nm).

The car feels strong, but I was a bit surprised of the #'s myself.

Mods are removed power steering, vafc, mugen air intake, toda header, testpipe, custom 2.5" cat-back.

164nm = how much wtrq? Is there some sort of formula for that.

Anyone have any idea if the VTEC x-over at 5300rpm should be moved? The graph looks sweet, but I'm not quite sure how to read it. I was thinking about moving it up to 5500rpm. Not quite sure though......

FYI, Your dyno operator did not put in the weight of the vehicle or the HP @ 50. Both of those items will effect the WHP readings. Judging by the Run being cut off at 8000 RPM they/he is still new at the dyno operation

Actually, we took the car all the way to fuel cut at 8500rpm. Don't know why it doesn't show at the graph.

How would not entering the weight and HP@50 affect the result?

I was just on the phone with my dyno operator regarding the blank weigth and "hp@50" values.

He said that if no values were entered, the dyno would use the default values they had entered which was weight=1300kg and hp@50=12hp.

He also called support at Mustang Dynoes and they said that even if you had not entered any values at all (no default), the whp result would vary with max 0.5% - 1%.
