Wrong, if you want to get technical there were jdm 92/93 del sol sir's. All bullshitting aside my 94 vtec didnt come with abs either, I believe ABS became standard in '95 on VTEC models and has always been an OPTION on si/vtec models. I could be wrong though.

drive really fast and slam on the brakes, and if they lock up u don't have ABS

ok don't do that but i'm almost 99% sure that the sols didn't get ABS till 95, do a search on google for the del sol specs

and to tell if you have ABS, look under your hood and directly behind your passenger side headlight beside the intake box there would be a box with like eight hard lines going into it and it will have a plastic resivior on it

if your car does not have that, you don't have ABS

Speaking about brakes i need a GOOD DEAL on rear disc sol conversion. Drums look ugly as hell with new rims(thin spokes).

93-94 had it as an option on both VTEC and Si, the 95-97 VTEC came with abs and still and option for the Si.

As for how can u tell, go look under your hood. if u see a mass of orange plugs (they stick out like a sore thumb) then u have abs. also if for some strage reason someone covered all the plugs follow the line from your master cyl and see if it leads to a manifold that has alot more brake lines coming out of it.<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Del Souless &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote"> i believe it was standard when they took away the auxilory lights??? iono might be wrong not sure </TD></TR></TABLE>

they took those lights away in 96 and that is when it became a standard on VTEC models

Good info, thanks guys. Today I used your advice and no, I don't have abs. Maybe I'll look into doing a conversion in the near-future.
