i have an integra 1995 ls body with stock mounts and a b20vtec swap

everytime when i shift hard , acelerate on any gear and take my foot off quick from the gas pedal, i hurt a punch noise on my dashboard like someone hit my dashboard with a had but i think is my stock motor mounts didn't made it after 3 years with my b20vtec swap .

i think my motor mounts need to be replace , do u recomend me to get a new aftermarket mounts or just to get a energy inserts mounts?

any help will be apreciate thanks

 

Get new motor mounts. Poly Urethane mounts preferrably. Spend the money to get the best. You'll thank yourself later.

 

If ure mounts are bad(especially the backmount) and u stick the urethane inserts in them, you will have the biggest vibrator u have ever seen. Getting really stiff mounts will make ure car vibrate more regardless, but its alot worse if they are bad. Your better off just buying new mounts from honda and maybe getting the urethane insterts for them.
