yeah a friend of mine got a set from ep3 and trying to make it fit on his dc5.
anyways, making the story short. all 4 coils are installed but the rear 2 keep on having this knock sound when he hits bump.. why is that? and does ep3 coils suppose to fit on dc5?(I wonder) if it doesn't, what does he have to do to make it fit? like changing a new bushing, LCA or something..

I say there might be something wrong with them as I have dc5-r suspension on all 4 corners of my ep3. The front tie rod end links had to be changed to the larger type-s ones but that’s it.

 

wouldn't the spring rate for the ep3 be much less than the dc5? I heard ppl taking suspension parts from dc5s and putting them on ep's but not the other way around.
