Checked the new JDM D15B swap for codes, and Im throwin:
21 VTEC spool solenoid valve
22 VTEC pressure valve

I have it disconnected as of now because the clip from my harness was broken, and I'm currently awaiting a new one to put back on. When I get this, should it alleviate these codes?

I was throwing 21 and 22 but it was an oiling problem. The external oil ines weren't getting enough oil pressure to the head to engage VTEC. Seeing as you don't have any external lines that's not the problem so its etither;

1. the connector
2. the switch itself
3. the solenoid
4. or a combination of the above.

Try taking the whole asembly apart and cleaning the filter screen and replace the connector when it arrives. While you've got the solenoid apart give it the once over to ensure there's nothing broken or damaged. I don't think is anything more than that.
