Stripped out screw grooves.

I 'm trying to add splash guards to me RSX-S. One of the screws will not come out although it will turn all day. The grooves must be stripped. Anyone know an easy way to get it out without damaging the fender? Its the left rear well. TIA

I'm guessing you're missing the plastic clip that it screws into. Go get one from the dealer.
