My screw on my side skirts are stripped, how do i get around this!!

My screw on my side skirts are stripped, how do i get around this!!
i Went to paint my side skirts a couple days back and one of the screws where stripped so i couldint get it off, how can i get around this?

Not sure what screw you're referring to, but if possible, have you tried using a pair of pliers to "grab" the screw and twist it out?

if you are referring to the little plastic screws on the bottom of the side skirt?What i did was unsrewed all of the other screws and took off the mud flap screws and just pulled it straight down and popped it out.but it you dont want to mess up the little palstic screw try the pliers
