Default odd problem with si cluster

i have a dx that i just put in an si cluster, and my problem is when i get on the freeway and use my turn signal the rpms and the water temp the needles go up and down( just the needles not the actual motor rpms) and when i turn the signal off it stops. this only seems to happen when im on the freeway (so i think it has somethin to do with the speed) i've had a si cluster in the car befor and this problem never happend. and please dont be a smart *** and say dont use my turn signal thanks

check your grounds if you re-wired anything. if not, then clean the contacts on the back of the cluster. something isn't grounding right.
