i would go w/ the Hobart 140Amp (practially it's a Miller, because the parts has "Miller" printed all over it), it plugs into the house hold conventional 115v plugs. the one you're looking at requires 230V and only support 120Amps. i weld my **** w/o gas and the bead is nicely formed.
it comes w/ everything in the pic;
gas mig ready, just add a gas bottle if you want to use gas mig welding

harborfreight.com has the hobart's pretty cheap. I have a handler 135 and am very satisfied.
I just ordered the harborfreight 220v tig setup for $300. We'll see how it works...

Its only 300 if you order it from the catalog, which all you need to do is go in the store and tell them you want it for that price. All you need is the regulator and bottle, it comes with everything else.

I have an Astro 110 welder. For a cheap machine ($280 new on eBay) it works very well. I used to rent a Miller 135 and I finally caved in and bought my own setup.
The only downside to the Astro is that they only have 4 current settings (but so do the lower end Lincolns and Hobarts)- you can't get anything variable until the $500 plus range.
Anyway- the Astro is Italian made and works very well. I've had less problems with it than the Millers I rented. The construction is cheaper than the big American brands but it is well made and laying down a good weld is easy.
