Oil is seeping around my bottom bolt on the exhaust housing, i have oily film in the charge piping. i get white smoke when i stop at stoplights and when i idle. i also get it sometimes when i floor it. I guess you could say that it's a on and off kind of thing, doesn't happen non stop. This is a brand new turbo, what should i do

btw- that bolt was loose, but i tightened it up and made sure the rest of them were tight. I clocked the turbo awhile ago so thats prolly why the bolt was kinda loose
