what size for springs

what size for springs
i am thinking of getting some Eibach springs and there are 2 sizes,
the pro-kit lowers the car 1.3 inch front and back. the sport line kit lowers it 1.7 front and back
what the hell does .4 inch difference make? im new to this so im not sure
by the way, this is for a 95 GSR 2 door
