If its scraping on near stock tire size, you're going to need to replace the springs to keep it from scraping.

Especially if they were cut! Get a set of actual lowering springs or just some OEM springs and you can put 15s on it really easily.

Should i replace the strut as well or just get lowering springs with the strut included ? I doubt the strut has ever been change since they cut the springs looking at something like this

Honestly, you're going to get what you pay for... and that is a VERY cheap coilover setup. Decent ones retail for around $1000+. You'll also need an alignment after the new suspension is installed. So, I guess its going to boil down to what you've got for a budget. If you're trying to save money, look for a used stock setup that someone swapped out on craigslist or in the marketplace here.

$152 for a FULL SET of coilovers is absurdly low and should be considered with extreme skepticism, if at all.
