B20VTEC, help clarify the myths...
Ok i have a 92 VX hatch. I have been looking into the h22 swap for a while and saving for it. But a local guy is selling a b20vtec for 2400 with EVERYTHING needed. GSR head and tranny, harness and a bunch of extra parts. People seem to have no reall problems running low 13s with the CRVTEC.
but i have heard the b20 bottom end is weak, cant stand the high reving of a vtec head for long, walls are weak ect.... Is this true?
The only reason i was considering going b2vtec is cuz of the great price, less work to swap in and keep my a/c. but if its not reliable then i dont want anything to do with it.
any help is appriciated!!!!!!

The only one that can clarify all questions you have is Search. He is your friend.
Search "b20" under Naturally Aspirated or Forced Induction, lots of information there.
