On what engine?

They make manifolds for D, B, and H series engines.

well the mounting points of the bracket on the gsr and b16 mani look the same so i think that you would need the type r bracket and cable. if you look at it they are both on the 3rd runner from the left and they are both above the iat sensor. i got mine off of inlinefour for like $35 for both. btw i have a s2 mani on a sir2.

i have a ls with a skunk manifold on it and i just use the stock throttle cable and made my own bracket to hold the cable i don't think u'll need the itr stuff. it's just more of a hassle and money

look a cable is a cable they all mount up the same its just as long as it is long enough or you might have a couple of extra feet in your engine bay but they all mount the same and they will all do there job

cause hte way the throttle cable pulls is toally diff between a gsr manifold and ohter honda manifolds.

the reason you have to use the type r throttle body bracket is because the skunk2 intake mani put the throttle body too close to the gsr strut bar and the stock gsr throttle body bracket will hit it. the type r throttle body bracket make the throttle cable pull from the bottom rather from over head like the gsr throttle body does.
