Default Gearbox oil

do you guys know what type of gearbox oil i should use on my 94 dc2 integra, because honda recons u have to use their oil, but then the factory book says motor of 10w 30 or 10w 40. so can someone tell me

use honda MTF or 10w-30 motor oil... thats what honda recommends. honda designed the tranny for these oil's, and thats what they say to use, so thats what i use.

I use honda mtf but theres a ton of people on here that use gm syncromesh (they say it works the best). Might try it next fluid change.
