oil pan gasket question

Default oil pan gasket question

im going to be replacing my oil pan gasket and was wondering will i need to take the exhaust off in order to pull the pan down or will i be able to manuver the oil pan around the exhaust. also do i need to use Hondabond when putting the new gasket on?? thanks

You could put some gasket sealer on there, but it would be easier to take the exhaust off.

There should be a few nuts or bolts blocked by the pipes. Even if you could remove the nuts/bolts w/o removing the exhaust, I don't think it sits low enough to get the pan off of the studs.
