i just got a motor, and it came with teh aftermarkey mounts. the 2 upper side mounts, and the bar for the back mount. that makes 3 places to mount the motor. i always though there was 4 or 5 places that needed to be mounted? but could iut be that i dotn need those ones because the mounts i have are after market (Stronger)?? need asap working on swap as we speak

 

there is five mounts,what do u mean by "bar"?What mounts are they,prothane?Some people run with only 3-4 mounts but I would use all five.

 

there after market ones dont know what kind. but the thing iam not seeing is the one that is stuck on the frame, and then connects to the side of the tranny

when i installed my motor i used just the mail 3 inside the motor bay, but the one that your saying your not seeing...(im assuming) the under mount ones that mount upside down on the frame in-front of the wheels kinda. I only used one of those and my car works fine, doesn't seem to vibrate excessively or anything

 

pics would do wonders, cuz I'm loooost..haha
