What Radiator to use with H22 Swap in 5th Gen Accord???????????????
What radiator is supposed to be used when dropping in a H22 in a 5th gen accord? I have been using my stock radiator but I think it's time to replace it. If I follow behind a big truck on the highway it will start heating up and then when I am clear it still sits at about 1/2. Also with the a/c it will heat up even worse at slower speeds. I thought it was the fans but they are both working when supposed to so then I thought it was the radiator fluid so I did a flush and put in fresh 50/50 in. So then I thought it was the thermostat. Replaced that with a OEM Honda one. Fixed the problem around town with the a/c off but still does it on the highway with the a/c on during a hot and humid day. Any suggestions????Thanks!
Woops, I should add that I already have the H22 in. And it never heated up with my old F22.
If I'm not mistaken, I think the Prelude and Accord use the same radiators. When I used to own a 93 Prelude VTEC, I purchased a brand new Koyo radiator for it and it was listed for the Accord under the same part #.
I recently had a problem with my car overheating on the freeway after driving for awhile. Found out that there was a couple large holes in the metal fins of my OEM radiator. I upgraded to a Fluidyne one and haven't had any problems since. Temperature is rock solid now, and I should be covered after I get the turbo on over the winter.

How much was the Fluidyne btw? Also I just ordered a replacement radiator dual chamber all aluminum for $140, i hope this solves the problem.
