yeah that guy is running 10's a/m and it's a 1.5 block, now that is some bad *** mojo. he is now going to build a sohc F22 out of an accord, I can't wait to see what that does.

I do believe Bisi's set-up is now an F22.

Edit: Nevermind, just realized thats who you were talking about.

well d series.... so nobody has really tried building a monster out of one? i would think since b16's can be built to 270, that sohc's should be able to at least get 250

It's hard to build a N/A motor especially with so little displacement. Plus, extreme builds sometimes aren't too reliable since they are built SOO agressive.

Bisi did have a D series in his CRX but switched to the F22. I don't know what his HP was at with the D. You can try looking on his site at http://www.BisiMoto.com

i was reading something the other day about how bizi makes power out of singlecam motors. if i remember correct one of the main factors was how different rods (the r/s ratio) affect sohc blocks compression. ive heard he starts his builds w/the cam. i think the formula goes some thing like this, longer rods in block compression around 1.7 flow intake mani and tb 4 cam, advance ign timing. to make a longstory short.

bisi makes huge power with carbs. A lot of people wouldnt consider that streetable, but people run them on the street. Jaeone on this site runs them on a sohc.

I think bisi's F-motors make over 350whp, but those are full race.

well are we saying that you cant bore and stroke the d-series, if you could maybe bore it to 1.8 then put a stroker kit on it it would defiantly be a monster, but i dont know if thats possible or not?!
