i jsut swaped in my DOHC ZC into my 89 CRX Si. and i go to start her up and she cranks but doesnt start. checked and there is spark and feul. So i went to the ECU to check for codes and the battery died. its charging and ill keep you updated on codes tomarow.

 

did u take the wire out of the distributor connector for the cam angel sensor? im in chandler so i may be of some help

 

your dizzy wires are probably mixed up. its a common and simple mistake.

 

well i chenged the plug order and it started and then died. it will stay alive as long as i keep the rpm's over 1500 but when it does run its pretty shitty. no codes being throw eather. any ideas?

just new news, i got it to by taking the vacume line off the choak. runs horribly but it runs. also, its throwing a code 7. TPS sensor if im not mistaken. well i was kinda expecting that because when the motor was shipped the sensor was off and the gasket was fubar. so i figured id go without a gasket. now that its throwing the code im getting a gasket and seeing what it does now. all help is greatly appreciated.
