Default parting is such sweet sorrow...

No I'm not selling it! Ha! I am leaving her for a while although. I leave for my freshman year at Virginia Tech tomorrow morning and decided without question that it would be in her best interest to leave the R at home. While friends were saddened that they won't see some friends as often, I myself didn't feel a heart drop until I was filling up the R at the gas station as she glistened under the flourescent lighting. I keep telling myself that I can make it until Thanksgiving to see her again, though I'm sure thoughts of driving home to see her will cross my mind. So I dare not say goodbye, rather I will see her soon. Until then I will live vicariously with ITR's through honda-tech. Wish me luck this fall guys.

Smart move, store the beast while you study.

Make sure that you have a garage with wild pitbulls locked inside too!

To you, HondaRcB, being away from your R will make you want to drive and enjoy her even more when you do go to visit! Good luck in school!

Have fun at Va Tech Ryan! I had 4 great years there. If you want a really fun class recommendation, take World Regions Geography with John Boyer as the teacher, best class at Tech BAR NONE. And if you want an easy A, take personal health with Redican. Make sure to go to the Tijauana Toss at PK's on Thursday nights, Macado's on Mondays for Half-Price Hindenbergs and I think Sharkey's has their wing buffet on Wednesdays. Hmm.... now I wonder how I gained 60+lbs in college (thankfully I lost it all).

Feel free to ask me any questions that may pop up about Tech while you're down there

My good friend left for K-State and he left his 1997 ITR in the garage! It's going to suck not seeing her out on the street with my ITR. Good luck in school

When I was a freshman in college I had a '86 Chevy Sprint 3-cylinder sitting at home (ma & pa's). It was agonizing being away from my car, so it's gonna be harder with a sweet car like an ITR.

You have alot of strength leaving it behind. It's definately a wise decision though.

Get good grades. Good grades = better job = more $$ = more track time.

Think of your future son.

Did it have a "Young Republicans For War" bumper sticker? If so , it was Rguy.
