I believe the head and valvetrain to be different from the rest of the D-series, because it's the only DOHC D series.

Check out this page, it's very good for ZC info:

No,

The PM7 pistons are the only honda made pistons which will give you the right compression. All of the others, (A6, Y8, D15b), will lower compresssion. I believe the D16A6 rods are the only ones that will work. I'm not sure about the crank.

ok, to clarify, this is what i have:
DOHC ZC block, crank, all hardware
DOHC ZC head, valves, springs, retainers, and all the headbolts, water pump and that kind of stuff.
i paid 25 bux for all of it.
now tell me what i need to make it work lol.

This is because ZC pistions are domed.

You can use the pistons, rods and all the gaskets and seals for a 88-89 Integra D16a1 motor. If you look around you can get a set of DOHC ZC or D16a1 rods and pistons used for $100-$150. If I were putting this motor together I would pick up a set of eagle rods for a d series motor and a set of Wiseco pistons for a 88-89 Teg.

If you want to sell that motor I will give you double what you paid for it.
