Default motor stutters top end. HELP!

ok well im having some problems, obviously. when driving in first gear, partial throttle the car very slightly hesitates like pulses almost? but slowly. sorry i cant explain it very well.

then in second gear partial throttle again feel very sluggish and hesitates but when i pass 30mph(no tach right now) it feels strong again and will pull hard and spin the tires at 6k rpm.

third gear is where its pissing me off. the car boosts fine till 70mph then from then to 90mph its like a rapid pulse and also doesnt build boost. feels like it builds boost till 70mph then stays at a constant psi level. has been tuned. please help with any suggestions you might have. thank you

I'm not sure how much this would help you, but at 80mph+ my car would shake like hell, untill I replaced the bushings all around with polyurethane ones.

I'm probably wrong in this situation, since really only DA's have bad Bushings... But unless you had a 90-93 Civic Coupe, then that might be it. Cause, they're the same chasis.. Correct me if I'm wrong.

mine did that almost same thing till I upgraded my grounds. one of my engine grounds would come undone when the motor would torque and cause it to skip like that. try bkr7es. the 11's i think work better with upgraded ignition. only a rumor though, not sure if there is any truth to it though.
