Default Auto Tranny Acting Weird

I just got done replacing an axle snap ring that I sized too small (axle started to come out )

On the first test drive to town, the car had trouble "catching" gears...if I reved too hard, it would not catch and just rev up really high unless I let off the gas and let it "Catch"...

Did I just not add enought Tranny oil (it was in the "good" area, but a little low) or worse ... Is my tranny going out...?

First thing before you drive it is check the fluid levels...but it sounds like either axle isn't in all the way or your tranny is fubar

I did check the levels and they were right in the middle

if it's fubar...what's wrong with it?

I would check if half-shaft is the right one for your Year ... because it could fit but might be not the right fit...

I dont think its tranny problem... just get a exchange on your axle for a diffrent one..
