i thought spoon R's oversteered alot. Well how did they achieve that? Stiffer tie bars tweaked suspension?

Put a Spoon rear strut bar on...your rear will come out quite nicely

i run a 24mm adjustable rear bar from skunkworks with very stiff rear springs on my itr racecar. you can also get a 25mm adj bar from ground control but it will require some mods but it's a bear to get anything from the gc racing dept.

another way to go is to put the gsr front bar in place of the itr front bar if you are looking for more oversteer.

getting better handling is a sinkhole for time and money ...

I remember seeing some specs on a Spoon EK9 that was prepared for the N1 series. It had a 30mm front sway and a 22mm rear. I would say that would oversteer a lot...

GSR and ITR have the same front sway bar.
The non-vtec has a smaller bar.

Steve

you're right ... i meant that he may want to use the ls bar bar and keep the rear stock bar to get more oversteer.
