dont do it the transaxles in these cars wont take it i guarantee it.

 

Well, I think I would be worried with only the transmission itself. Our diff is fine, but we all know our tranny sucks ***.

Now, the only logical solution would be reinforcing the transmission. And you can also put in an LSD while you're at it.
