I would rather go with OEM on parts like that.

iam putting in a b16, got the swap from jhpusa.com,my budget is like 215$ for timing belt, water pump, axles, spark plugs, and a friend suggested to go ahead and replace the distributor cap, rotor, and spark plug wires...but we havent even looked at the motor yet..iam gonna unwrap it tommorrow and look at everything and decide on the stuff i should re-buy...by the way if i buy from honda its gonna run like 400 bucks and i gotta wait another month and a half to put the motor in...but if i get the stuff from my friend at napa for discount and cheaper i can put it in this weekend.....something to think about..should i wait and buy the honda stuff or go ahead and get the no name brand stuff from napa?

although i agree dealership parts have a slightly higher quality, if you are on a limited budget then a waterpump and timing belt from a local parts house (kragen, pepboys, autozone, etc) will work fine. The same goes for all the other tuneup parts as well.
