>62mm tb, skunk or type r intake manifold

stock type r head or a mild port on stock head
field or apex vtec fuel controller

 

mugen is good starting point, other similiar programs which I offer are the RSR and skunk2 (all of these tend to run rich on a stock b16a, but offer most power)....also if detonation is an issue then spoon program which uses a knock could be a good option.....
