Rear Left Drive Side Wheel locked up help
I have a 1994 civic cx, with drums in the rear
Ok my civic has been in the garage for a few days, today I started it up, let the ebrake down and tried to reverse but my rear driver side wheel is completey locked up, it doesnt spin at all
How can I fix this ****? what the hell is up?

I would try to pull the drum off and inspect the brake. If it wont budge see if there is pressure in the brake line by opening the fitting you would bleed it at.
No pressure? Something is most likely wrong under the drum. or A stuck ebrake cable.
Pressure? something has to be holding it there. check for a kinked line or maby a cloged prop valve.
Go through the process of elimination. good luck
