Which spark plugs and wires are good

what kind of motor? more than likely stock wires with NGK plugs with be more than plenty!
if u search there is a thread on here that show graphs of 3 different spark plug wire currents. NGK, OEM, and ??? but OEM did better on most of the graph compared to the other.
Depends on if ur going for looks and good wires, or just a good set of wires. Just buy some ITR spark plug wires.

For the plugs. Don't buy wires there. Get either the NGK (OEM) or Denso plugs for about 1.25 or so.

honda makes some of the best wires, stick with OEM
often times i've heard of people switching to something like nology or something and have had problems or slight delay.

The NGS spark plugs can be bought at any local auto parts store.

I switched to Nology and started running Denso Iridium plugs. I haven't gotten any delay yet, but i also re-did the complete ignition at the same time.
