My accord's Screwed....

My accord's Screwed....
My needles Jump...on my Accord......N .....the idle goes up n down.......AND.......my car will cut it self off....and i don't know why.....ANY HELP.....?????????

My needles jumped up too and my electric wouldnt always work and my car wouldnt start. I had to replace the ignition switch and it was fine.
