1. Where are the jack/lift points on the front and rear of the car?
2. Is there anyway to go from a plastic rear window to a glass rear w/out replacing the whole hardtop?
3. Is it possible to use '04 s2000 headlights on pre 04 s2000's?
4. Where is the maintanence button?

On the sides under the door area towards the tire on each end. You will see the reinforcements when you look.
2. Is there anyway to go from a plastic rear window to a glass rear w/out replacing the whole hardtop?
No, you need to replace the whole softtop.
3. Is it possible to use '04 s2000 headlights on pre 04 s2000's?
4. Where is the maintenance button?
I assume you are asking how to reset the "maintenance required" light.
You press and hold the TRIP button, turn the key until MAIN REQD lights up and release the TRIP button when the light goes out.

You should use a 2x4 between the jack and diff though (or I always do anyway)

I've not taken precise measurements or anything, but after having parked my 04 next to an 03, the headlights appear to be the same shape. The only aesthetic differences were the change from an all orange side, to the separated parking bulb and turn bulb. Also, a few little silver garnishes inside the headlamp assembly. Other than that, it appears as though they are the same dimensions.

I read a thread a while back, and I want to say you need to swap the bumper and fenders as well. Wait for better feedback than mine though.
Search s2ki.com if you really want to read alot about s2k's. That forum moves a little quicker than the s2000 forum on honda-tech plus it has years of archived threads. Like any forum, search before posting a new thread or they will probably bust your *****.
'04 headlights WILL fit, but with minor modification.
I don't know the exact modifications necessary, but I do know its not just plug and play. Search on S2ki.com for a DIY.
