I'm helping out a budd with his mini me but this is the overview of the swap going on

91 CRX
D15B2 bottom end w/ D16Z6 head
D16Z6 timing belt
Fidanza Adj cam gear
JHPUSA.com obd0-obd1 conversion harness
dpfi to mpfi conversion

The engine has alot of problem with a mass amount of fuel. very very rich. Also the physical time of the engine seems to be going ok, but still a tad off. the check engine code is being thrown for #16 which is injector error. I started checing the ohms on the injectors and they are all 12.2. but the voltage on the constant wire for the plugs are all 8.4 and not 12 volts... any ideas???

 

Major Problem found. cyl # 4 is not getting proper spark. using a timing light to see if the spark holds constent it will spark once, then nothing and then goes threw normal pattern

help???
