D16Z6 Will turn over, not starting
This is a 94 D16Z6 Vtech. Recently had a problem where the car would have a really low idle, around 300rpm, and it would hesitate to accelerate under 2.5k rpm. Now the car will turn over, but not start. Just taken it in to get the timing belt changed, had a lot of suggestions that may be the answer to my first problem. Figured that might be the problem to my starting issue as well. Not the case.
Tech said he got it to start by increasing the voltage to my plugs, no idea you could do that. So he suggested that I change the plugs and if that doesnt solve the problem it's prolly my injectors.
Any suggestions, or ideas would be great. I'd rather not throw money at this thing to fix it. (pretty sure everyone is like that).

That's what I said about the voltage thing. Timing was just done today. Edit: not sure which was done, the timing belt was replaced.
