Default Feels like fuel cut at 6500 on h22a?

Ever since I boosted my prelude this summer, in first gear and first gear only, when i hit 6500 rpm my motor cuts out and comes back. It almost feels like it cuts the fuel and then it comes back. When I give it gradual throttle and don't mash on it in first gear it has no problem though. Ive been messing with my ignition timing, but it hasn't helped. Im running the afc hack for fuel management with a msd 6 btm set for zero boost retard. My timing is still pretty much stock for the h22a at 12 degrees BTDC at idle. (stock is 15) I thought i might have too much ignition retard but advancing it didn't help get rid of the cut out. Any suggestions?

i had a similar problem on the dyno, except it was the dizzy. i first noticed it when i got the car running on just a base map. i thought it was a tuning issue. when i slowly gave it gas all the way up to full throttle the car didn't hesitate, unless i mashed the gas then it started to sputter. mine happened in any gear though. changed out the dizzy, now the car runs fine.

the tuner said that the dizzy was going bad because it couldn't keep up with the motor. my suggestion would be to borrow a buddies dizzy and through that on there to see.

oh another thing, i tried swapping the coil, ignitor, wires, cap and rotor. but to no avail it still didn't work, so i just got a new dizzy.
