Header compatibility... Easy question, need quick help

Easy question, need quick help... B16A header...
A header for a 94-01 GSR will bolt right up to a 99-00 Si, right? Is the only difference the ground clearance?
A good deal came up, and I need some info ASAP. Thanks for the help.

gsr header will hang lower to the ground then B16 header.....also you will need to custom a flange for the header to meet the Cat because the bolt pattern is different on the cat/b-pipe!!

Can an exhaust shop do this flange **** for me? Unfortunately I have no garage/powetools, so I have to have it installed somwhere anyway...
