JDM foglights and Blinkers don't work

ok here is the deal..i hooked up the foglights to the constant power of the blinkers so when in turn the parking lights on the fogs turn on.but here is the problem i was driving around like this for the past 3 days and the don't work anymore..the only lights i have now are my low and high beams. do i need a relay or a fuse? cause when i checked the foglight the bulb didn't look like it was blown..can someone help me out?

I would definately run the fogs off of a relay.

bingo. fogs carry quite a voltage.

but it looks like the bulb isn't blown..what could that be?
