Default You guys have any type of "protection" for your intercoolers?

I got a 94 gsr thats currently jrsc'd. im probably going to go drag3 relatively soon, but, im just gathering lots of info for now.

I was wondering if you guys had any type of protection for your intercoolers... like any type of screen(s) in front of them? or anything like that?

If not, do you get like tons of bugs, rugs, whatnot stuck in the fins? do they bend the fins or anything?

also pics would be great

Shopping carts tend to bend my fins so I just installed a cow-pusher I got from Amtrak...

I've got a grillcraft grill covering mine. Also prettymuch hides the intercooler unless you're looking at it from straight on.

email me and i can send/post a pic..

this is what happens to your intercooler after a year of driving with nothing in front.
(I'm sure it won't get as bad as this for u americans, coz many of the roads here are very dirty and you usually collect debris and rocks and **** from the road).

Go to Lowes and pick up some fiber glass screen. Itll stop anything small.
