i really dont know what to make of it....

i eat very very very few foods, and it can be a big problem in social situations, and even a problem to the extent where ill eat once a day max at home.

i dont know what it is, but i cant eat different foods.

i can eat like plain white meat chicken, (no letture, no tommatos, nothing), plain turkey, wheat stuff like bread, macaroni (pasta with PLAIN sauce, so spices or anything), maybe a few other things, and thats about it......... i cant eat any other kinds of meat, no chinese food, no cutural foods of any kind... its like i have a gag reflex to it or something. i feel like i want to puke if i eat it.... i dont know why and it sucks, to the point where i cant eat when im out and i eat only once a day when im at home. for a while, i thought i was just super extremely pickey, but its not like that, i would eat a variety of foods if i could, but it just makes me feel like i want to throw up. what is wrong with me? i tried doing searches on this and found nothing.

Have you just broken up with someone that you have been with for awhile, or lost a loved one? sometimes being really stressed can lead to no being able to eat or wanting to sick up after eating.

i think u got like a mucas build up. when you eat anything with spices, one of my gf's friends are like this. you can go to the doctors for it.
