Default ABS light on 96 GS-R

I just picked up a 96 GS-R and I've noticed that if im driving continously for more than 20 - 30 minutes my ABS light pops on. Any ideas as to what could be causing this and how to fix it? There isn't any snow in Wisconsin yet so I cant actually test to see if the ABS stops working at that point.

Does the brake pedal travel too far when pressed? If so you could need fluid, or it could be that a caliper is stuck closed.

You need to jump the service connector and find out the code it gives you for the abs system. That way you can pinpoint the problem in the abs.

Just curious, does anyone know what the different codes mean? If so, could you please post them? Also, is the harness that needs to be jumped, just a 2 wire harness, or do you need to figure out which pins to jump? Thanks! (Cars in the shop, so I can't go out and look right at the moment)

The list Kelvin posted are the CEL codes. The list you want is from a different set of codes, especially for the ABS system. I don't have my Helm right now but as soon I get home I look it up.
