i was thinkin bout gettin a jl 13.5 in w7 and was wondering what is the best setup with that and the amp thats powering it and what kinda component speakers and tweeters....and what kind of amp to power the speakers...

i drive a 03 accord coupe 4 cylinder EX...

 

If you want the most bass out of it have a slot ported box made if you have the space.. best amp to power it would prolly be the JL 1000/1, as far as component speakers I like MB Quarts

 

Any PPI amp that can put out the power for your w7... id go with DIAMOND AUDIO components, THE BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! A few years back theyre bottom of the line took out MB QUARTZ top of the line! As for speaker amp stick with PPI also! PPI's been arund for years, theyre 10 year old sedona and art series amps still work and still sell for about 200 - 300 bucks!
