i dont understand why everyone thinks lsd is the **** if your car is light both tires are gonna grip its all about the gear ratios. i have and s1 and i personally think the gear ratios sucks cause i dont like revin at 4g at 70 but hondas dont have torque so you have to deal with it but in all i think the s1 is not that bad of a tranny.

 

I am not talking about that, I am asking if I will have problems with getting a good launch yes, but also i hear people talking about LSD's improving in auto X and road racing.

I know what my gear ratios are and know what kinda shitty torque I am going to get. I just wanted to know how other people felt about that tranny without LSD>

how much power are you putting down? If its under 200 to the wheels, you wont even miss the lsd if you can launch worth half a ****. I loved my S1, until it was smashed
